Full

Filled

Fulfillment

Not wanting and not needing,

grateful for all that is

yet hopeful for all that could be.

Not expecting, but desiring better.

Finding peace inside;

delight and love focused outside.

Smiles and forgiveness given freely;

correction and requests kindly.

To share openly.

To receive graciously.

To believe unfailingly in the goodness of others

and to find the beauty in all things.

To accept there are lessons to learn

and opportunities to teach.

To believe we are God's creation and to

appreciate this gift of life.

To live in wonder of the depth and breadth of

emotion which composes us

and to acknowledge that others are entitled

to express these uniquely.

To love an individual as they are

and to love ourselves before, during and as

we change.

Thank you for reading and

considering these musings...

To consider: How can you love yourself patiently through the changes you are making?
